    BOW TIE SHAPE

    Butterfly 2-3/4”  

    The standard bearer of all bow ties! Our 2-3/4” butterfly is our most popular and versatile shape. Designs are created with the 2-3/4” butterfly in mind so the patterns fit perfectly for this size.

    Note: This 2-3/4" medium sized Butterfly is slightly larger than what you find in retail stores. For a smaller comparable bow tie, please see our Butterfly 2-1/4" below.

    Diamond Point 2-3/4”

    The pointed end is on one side of the front panel and on the opposite side of the back panel when tied. Very popular shape as well. The asymmetric look gives the bow tie and pattern a sense of movement, but still maintains visual balance.

    Dimension: 4-5/8"W x 2-3/4"H

    Butterfly 2-1/4”

    A slightly smaller medium sized Butterfly. This is the size of butterfly found in many men's retailers. 
    The butterfly is by far the most popular shape of bow tie and has room to show off the pattern.  If you like your bow tie in the medium to small size range then this is the bow tie for you.

    Dimension: 4"W x 2-1/4"H

    Diamond Point 2-1/4”

    Straight Edge Bow Tie

    Straight Edge 1 -3/4”

    Also called bat wing or razor edge narrower bow with no curve to body. It gives out a cleaner and sharper look that is still classic. Most suitable on people with slim faces.

    Butterfly 3”

    A larger Butterfly most suitable for Big & Tall men with wider jaw line or fuller faces. It helps keep your overall look in proportion.

Our self tie is a step above the competition with beautiful jewelry quality cast buckles that adjusts the neckband to your exact specification. No messing with limited settings on button or hook adjusters, ours simply slides to any setting you choose.

    Pre-tied

    Our pre-tied bow ties are actual self-tie bow ties that we individually hand knot and then our seamstresses permanently lock tight with an invisible stitch.  This way, even an expert bowtier would not be able to tell whether you tied it or knot! The second mark of a well made pre-tied is a quality hook and clasp to attach the neckband.  Our clasp is really something special with the look and feel of fine jewelry.
