We make exchanges simple, just email us: service@bowtieclub.com Tell us either your name and invoice number and what "Ready to Ship" items you would like to send back and what new items you need. We will then send you the new items along with a free mailer for your return items.

We will gladly accept any return within 60 days of purchase. Item must be unworn in its original packaging. Please include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining what needs to be refunded and send insured or with delivery confirmation to:
